I can only judge the cafe because we have not done any sewing lessons here yet. The decor is friendly and cozy, the counter is very nice and inviting. To order / pay you have to go to the counter. The service behind the counter varies, depending on who is there. Very friendly and fast, sometimes rather slow and disinterested or not very friendly. In the interior you sit comfortably, but also very close to each other, which is especially a problem when many mothers with children are there. Coffee is more popular with mothers. Then it is also very loud, but still bearable. You can listen to the neighbors anyway. The card is big enough, there are many different cupcakes (mini and maxi), as well as brownies, iced coffee, tea etc. I especially like that there are vegan, as well as gluten-free tartlets. What I am very disappointed: the price / performance ratio. The cupcakes I find a bit too expensive (€ 1.70 for a mini cupcake with three bites) and the drinks I think overpriced. Especially because here is partly worked with the cheapest juice from L * dl and cheap, low-quality vanilla ice cream, which I think in light of the higher prices really shame. The brownies shocked me the size of the price. You make about four bites, he's gone. In addition, you have to pay 50 ct for a package (egg carton) to take away the cupcakes. This is a fabric store and cafe. My favorite cafe in Jena. Coffee and cappuccino are delicious and prepared with high quality products. They also have delicious mini cupcakes, totally worth trying. The staff is super nice and most of them speak English. Free Wi-Fi is available.
